Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $40.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $40.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

NO CHECK INS ON SUNDAYS - OFFICE IS CLOSED. Contact owner for weekly & monthly rates. Rate does not include tax & fees. In the event of cancellation, credit card admin.fee and reservation fee would be deducted from rental refund. See complete terms for cancellations. $500 fine for violating "NO SMOKING" policy / $500 fine for violating "NO PET" policy. Cause for immediate eviction without refund. If "NO SHOW" any payments received will be forfeited and any balance remaining will be charged on the cc on file.
